Once your registration is complete, we will contact you via email within 48 hours of registration to confirm your booth and placement.
Once we receive your application, we will send you an invoice via Paypal for your booth and any extra items you have rented (tables, chairs, etc.) Payment is due at within 48 hours of receiving your invoice unless you request additional time on your application.
Saturday & Sunday November 11 & 12, 2023 – Doors open at 9:00 am for early admission and 11:00 for general admission. The show closes at 5:00pm on Saturday and 4:00pm on Sunday.
It is important to us that you have enough time to setup your booth so that when the show opens you are ready to take care of your customers. Therefore, we have scheduled setup for the following times:
Friday November 10, 2023 from 3pm-8pm
Saturday November 11, 2023 from 7am – 8:45am
All booths must be set up and ready at 8:45am on Saturday.
Tables and chairs
Tables and chairs are not provided, however they are available for rent on the registration form..
Booths will be assigned by the show director, however, we do have a spot on the registration form for you to request specific placement. We will do out best to honor all requests.
Vendor registration is open to all. We are specifically a Toy, Comic and Collectibles show, however we will consider all applicants if they are within the Pop Culture realm and we think what you sell is cool. If for some reason, you are not accepted into the show, your payment will be refunded within 48 hours.
